Terms of service

Updated: October 1, 2026

The Slovenian version of this document is legally binding.

These terms govern the relationship between the provider of the Configli service, [Ime in priimek] s.p., GudWeb, [Ulica in hišna številka], [poštna številka in kraj], Slovenija, registration no. [matična številka], tax no. [davčna številka] (the provider), and the business that orders the service (the customer). Version: 2026-10-01. The Slovenian version is legally binding.

1. Definitions

  • Service: the Configli online software for 3D product configurators, inquiries, quotes, work orders and related features.
  • Account: the customer's access to the dashboard with the users it adds.
  • Buyer: a visitor of the customer's website who uses the configurator or sends an inquiry.
  • Customer content: data entered by the customer or its buyers (price lists, images, 3D models, inquiries, quotes).
  • Plan: the scope and price published on the pricing page or agreed in a quote.

2. Contract

The contract is concluded when the customer creates an account and accepts these terms and the Data processing agreement. The person creating the account warrants authority to bind the customer. The service is for businesses only; consumer protection rules do not apply.

3. Trial

A new account includes a free 14-day trial without obligation or card. If no paid plan is selected, configurators stop accepting new inquiries and data is deleted after 60 days.

4. Plans, prices and payment

  • Prices are in euros. VAT not charged under Article 94(1) of the Slovenian VAT Act (small business exemption).
  • Subscriptions are paid in advance, monthly or yearly, by card via Stripe or by invoice. Yearly plans carry the discount shown on the pricing page.
  • Upgrades are prorated; downgrades apply from the next billing period.
  • If payment is not made within 14 days of the due date, the provider may restrict the service after notice. Statutory default interest applies.
  • Prices may change with at least 30 days notice, effective from the next billing period; the customer may cancel before then.
  • One-off services (onboarding, custom 3D models) are billed per accepted quote.

5. Cancellation and refunds

The customer may cancel at any time in the dashboard. The service remains active until the end of the paid period. Prepaid amounts are not refunded unless the provider materially breached the contract or the law requires it. Data can be exported before the account ends and is deleted within 60 days afterwards.

6. Provider obligations

  • provide the service with professional care and maintain it,
  • protect customer data with the measures described on the Security page,
  • announce planned maintenance in advance,
  • provide email support on business days.

7. Availability

The provider aims for 99.5% monthly availability, excluding planned maintenance, force majeure and outages of third parties beyond its control. An SLA with service credits applies only to the Enterprise plan under a separate contract.

8. Customer obligations

  • ensure the accuracy of prices, descriptions and quotes it publishes; any sales contract is solely between the customer and its buyer,
  • keep credentials safe and remain responsible for its users,
  • comply with the Acceptable use policy and data protection law towards its buyers,
  • have a legal basis for processing buyer data and inform buyers accordingly.

9. Customer content and intellectual property

The customer retains all rights to customer content and grants the provider a non-exclusive right to store, process and display it solely to operate the service. The software, templates, 3D components and the Configli brand remain the provider's property; the customer receives a limited, non-transferable right of use during the subscription. A custom 3D model becomes the customer's property upon payment unless agreed otherwise.

10. Data protection

For buyer personal data the customer is controller and the provider is processor, as set out in the Data processing agreement, which forms part of these terms. Processing of customer and visitor data is described in the Privacy policy.

11. Limitation of liability

The provider is not liable for indirect damage, lost profit, lost business or data, except for intent or gross negligence. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer in the 12 months before the event. The provider is not liable for price calculations based on price lists and rules entered by the customer.

12. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for failure caused by circumstances beyond its control.

13. Confidentiality

Both parties keep the other party's non-public information confidential, also after termination.

14. References

The provider may name the customer as a reference only with the customer's prior written consent.

15. Changes

The provider may amend these terms and will notify customers by email and in the dashboard at least 30 days before material changes take effect. A customer who disagrees may terminate.

16. Termination by the provider

The provider may terminate with 30 days notice, or immediately for a serious breach of these terms or the acceptable use policy, refunding the prorated prepaid fee except in case of breach.

17. Law and disputes

The laws of the Republic of Slovenia apply, excluding conflict of law rules. Disputes are resolved amicably or, failing that, by Okrajno sodišče v Ljubljani.
