Scope
This policy covers visitors of the Configli website, people who contact us and dashboard users (our customers and their staff). For buyers who send an inquiry through a configurator on a customer's website, the customer is the controller and we act as processor.

Buyers of our customers
When a buyer submits an inquiry through a configurator on a customer's website, the customer is the controller. We process the data as processor under the Data processing agreement. Buyers exercise their rights with the company they contacted; requests we receive are forwarded.
Photos in the configurator
The "On my photo" feature processes the photo only in the buyer's browser; it is never uploaded. For photorealistic renders only the product's 3D scene (no photos) is sent to our servers and the result is deleted after 24 hours.
Processors and transfers
Data is stored in the EU. Processors are listed in the annex to the Data processing agreement. We do not sell data or use it for third party advertising. Transfers outside the EEA happen only with Chapter V GDPR safeguards.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and may withdraw consent at any time. Email zasebnost@configli.com; we reply within one month. You may complain to the Slovenian Information Commissioner (www.ip-rs.si) or your local authority.
Automated decisions
We do not make automated decisions with legal effects.
